Each piece from Beaded By, Any means is custom made with intention and care, just for you. 

Because of the personalization nature of products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your experience matters deeply to me. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I'll make it right.

Order Issues:

• Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  

Cancellations:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
